Stop scheduled messages
Use /unsubscribe in Google Chat™, or open /subscribe and select Unsubscribe. Removing Omega from a space also disables subscriptions directed to that space.
Request deletion
You may request deletion of Google Chat™ user details, interaction records, subscription settings and history, or website account information associated with you.
- Open the data-deletion request form.
- Provide an email address where we can contact you.
- If available, include your Google Chat™ resource identifier in the form. It normally looks like
users/123456…. - Describe which records you want deleted.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting records so one person cannot delete another person's data. After verification, the request will be processed unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another lawful purpose.
What removal does not control
Deleting Omega's application records does not delete copies of messages retained by Google Chat™ or other participants under their own settings and policies. Manage those messages and associated account settings directly through Google.
