This policy explains what Omega's Oracle collects, why it is used, and the choices available to users of the website and Google Chat™ app.
Information we collect
Google Chat™
- The Google Chat™ user resource identifier supplied by Google, plus display name, avatar, user type, and email when Google includes them.
- The Chat space resource identifier and space type where Omega is used.
- Commands, messages directed to Omega, interaction event data, and Omega's responses.
- Opt-in subscription settings such as daily or weekly frequency, weekday, delivery time, active status, and delivery history.
Website
If you sign in to the Omega's Oracle website, Google supplies basic profile information requested through the openid, email, and profile scopes. The website also stores account permissions, session information, API-key metadata, and actions needed to operate the service.
Support
When you submit a support, privacy, or deletion request, we collect the contact details and message you provide so the request can be handled.
How information is used
- Respond to Chat commands and send gems users explicitly schedule.
- Remember and manage subscription preferences.
- Secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the service.
- Respond to support, privacy, and data-deletion requests.
Service providers and disclosure
Omega's Oracle uses third-party cloud infrastructure and the Google Chat™ integration to operate the service. Service providers process information as necessary to provide that infrastructure and integration. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a transfer of the service subject to appropriate safeguards.
Omega's Oracle does not sell personal information and does not use Chat interaction data for advertising.
Retention and security
Account, interaction, and subscription records are retained while needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or meet legal obligations. Cloud service logs are retained according to the service's configured logging policies. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Use /unsubscribe or the Unsubscribe button in /subscribe to stop scheduled Chat messages.
- Remove Omega from a Chat space to disable subscriptions targeting that space.
- Request access, correction, or deletion using the data-deletion page.
Children
Omega's Oracle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
