The service
Omega's Oracle provides quotes, affirmations, sayings, and related content through a website and Google Chat™ app. Chat users can request a random gem and may opt in to daily or weekly delivery.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, send unlawful or abusive content, or use it in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Content and attribution
Quotes and attributions are provided for informational and inspirational purposes. Although care is taken in maintaining the collection, text and attribution may be incomplete, disputed, or incorrect. Do not rely on the service as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Subscriptions
Scheduled messages are opt-in. Delivery times are approximate and can be delayed by service availability or third-party systems. Users can change a schedule through /subscribe and can stop it through /unsubscribe or by removing Omega from the destination space.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and features may be added or removed. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omega's Oracle and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from use of the service.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
